  I cannot say enough positive things about this UPS Store and the team who helped us — especially Vish. From start to finish, he was helpful, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in resolving a very stressful situation. Vish took the time to truly listen to our concerns, treated us with respect and kindness, and consistently returned our calls and followed up without us having to chase him. Communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. While there was an initial packing error (we’re all human), what truly set Vish and this store apart was their accountability and integrity. He owned the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right, ensuring that we ultimately had a great customer experience and a fair resolution. It is rare to find a business that combines professionalism with empathy the way Vish and this UPS Store do. Their commitment to doing the right thing and standing by their customers is outstanding. I am deeply grateful for their support and would recommend this location without hesitation.

  Customer service in this location is amazing and is definitely the best customer service among other UPS locations within 30 mile radius! I've been using this location for over a year mainly for Amazon returns and NEVER had a bad experience. Stuff is extremely assisting and super nice at all times. I did read some negative reviews and find them untrue, especially about Tom. He is extremely assisting and nice at all times.

  Employee Vish immediately got to work and provided excellent customer service. Coworkers Alejandro & Finn were constantly on the move, taking care of all other customers and store duties. Great team overall. Will be returning to this location. 10/10 Service. Thank you.

  The stuff was having an attitude. They were asking me to use a hand truck instead I could use the flat one and would bring all the boxes at 1 shot. I advice them and they rudely refused. Still understandable. What happened next is a sign of not thinking. I brought 9 boxes - 3 trips in and out of the store instead of 1 trip. They instructed me to put the boxes in the front area of the store. Then when I did that he started asking can you help me carry the boxes???Like I was already pffered you to bring towards the registers and tou told me no we will carry them from front. Idk its just super unprofessionalism along with no practical thinking and reasoning. Guess what happened at the end, ı helped him a little with carrying the boxes, and after scanning the labels he carried those boxes towards the main register/counter. And when I asked him what are you going to do these boxes; they replied “We are gonna carry them to the back, duuhh.!.” I asked with what? And they pointed to the flat hand truck :)) So when I asked them you went through all this nonsense just to put them back on the flat one, which I originally told them in the beginning..And they were stunnedddd :)))) 1 staarrr
