It says that the package is arriving early, arriving on time at the same time. It says the package has not left the fedex facility and that is on its way at the same time. Online system says if I need something else to call, I called for the same options. So now im still waiting for a late package that I can't tell when will it come because FedEx is unable to provide such information both on the app and by phone.

I would give them 0 stars The driver just came 3 days to our business and left, writing on the tracking that the business is closed, we were open & getting deliveries from UPS and other carriers on each of these days!, I called the hub to complain, they said they took notes and will advise the driver to make sure the package gets delivered, to no avail. Nobody cares at this Hub

Delivered a neighbors package and as I chased after him he drove off too lazy to walk up 3 flights of stairs. No knock. No attempt at all with cancer medications in a refrigerated isolated large box. He took a pic of delivery. Than stated no one to leave package with but the package didn’t even require a signature. I immediately drove to fed ex location where GUS assisted me in tracking down my package. Poor delivery and poor driver attention to detail and laziness.

Yesterday, the driver said nobody came to the door that he DIDN'T knock on for a signature. Today, the driver's reasoning for not delivering my phone was an incorrect address. Big homie, you showed up at my house and took a picture of my front door that you didn't knock on. And now you're lying. For the record, it has always been the correct address. I saw the truck drive by earlier today, it did not stop. I looked at the other reviews and this is clearly a common occurrence. The only reason this facility isn't getting 1 star from me is due to their one and only helpful associate that I encountered. I really wish I got her name, the man working with her was rude and unwilling to help. She's the only one who shouldn't be fired in my opinion.
