As a result, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses this issue to improve their service.

I’ve always found this Store’s staff extremely helpful and responsive, providing tips on safer packaging and delivery options. My latest visit was yesterday, and the package I sent arrived at its destination on time and in perfect shape.

He watched me struggle and pack up a large item then refused to take the item in an effort to force me to purchase a box, packing take and various other shipping items. I will never do business here. It's Confusing to me that they would Engage with their customers this way when they're providing a service, yet doing it so poorly.
