  I walked into the store and saw some new guy working behind the counter who was surprisingly pleasant. Like makes-your-day kind of person. After chatting a for quite a while I noticed his name tag said he was the OWNER. Turns out he recently bought the store, and has another location elsewhere, which is evident by how well he knew the products and services. Not that I ever had a bad experience in the past, but meeting Dan (the new owner) made me actually want a good reason to head in more often.

  Usually never leave reviews for service vendors like this but the service and treatment I received was on another level. Kind, professional and courteous. Very impressed - you guys have a new loyal client.

  The gentleman tonight (2/3) was an absolute pleasure to work with for my package return. He was so kind to me and my son and even made my toddler a paper airplane!! Such a wonderful customer experience and will definitely make this my UPS location of choice moving forward.

  I went to this location for the first time and had an amazing experience! Dan, the new owner, was very helpful and kind. He saw I had a lot of packages and came to help bring them in. He made this transaction so easy for me. This is definitely my new package drop off spot! Thanks for your help Dan!
