Hardworking ,helpful , respectful, polite and efficient! I had a package missing for 6 weeks not lopats fault somehow human is error out of bound Brook to Florida and back to NJ let me tell you CORPORATE OFFICE DIDNT EVEN GET BACK TO ME 😢 but I was running in and out of this store checking on it weekly and Julian always had a smile always willing to help me and check the package tracking the claim he put in after I emailed the contents to him everything . This is a very efficient well run UPS STORE UP THE ROAD FROM ME . GREAT WORKERS and honestly a stressed out mom like I was sending a 35 lb package to her military daughter Julian handled my stress like a champ . Julian deserves a raise. ARMY STRONG 💪.
