- KLK LaisDec 4, 20251.0Dont bother to call the Long Valley NJ post office because they'll just let it keep ringing over and over until it ends up going to a fast busy signal and disconnects you. This happens every time you try calling during their hours of operation. I had set up and paid a separate fee for prescriptions to be delivered to me because I wasn't physically able to pick them up. This post office's carrier actually left them in the mailbox which was completely negligent and potentially dangerous if they'd been stolen! In addition, the mailbox can't be seen at all from the house! If you want to talk to a person, call the Schooleys Mountain NJ post office. They always answer the phone, usually before the third ring, which is wonderful.
- EBE BAug 28, 20251.0Do not get packages delivered from this post office!! Just got a package delivered and they left my MAILBOX WIDE OPEN. But this wasn’t accident. They opened my mailbox and used the mailbox door as a shelf for the package leaving my mailbox wide open with my bills in it and everything. Amazon and everyone else can pull up and put it on the driveway without ENDANGERING MY MAIL AND MY PRIVACY. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
