- EBE BAug 28, 20251.0Do not get packages delivered from this post office!! Just got a package delivered and they left my MAILBOX WIDE OPEN. But this wasn’t accident. They opened my mailbox and used the mailbox door as a shelf for the package leaving my mailbox wide open with my bills in it and everything. Amazon and everyone else can pull up and put it on the driveway without ENDANGERING MY MAIL AND MY PRIVACY. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

They canceled our passport appointment just a few hours before it was scheduled, completely derailing our plans. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We had planned around this appointment and now have to start the process all over again elsewhere. I will never use this post office again and cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliability or professionalism. USPS is a disgrace. Yet another government job that has lost all integrity.
- NDNick DJul 27, 20235.0It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!
