- SSSam Simoes6 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location while attempting to apply for my baby’s passport. I was unaware that my infant needed to be physically present for the application. Instead of calmly explaining the requirement or offering guidance, the employee assigned to passport services (I was told her name is Charity) abruptly ended the interaction by simply saying “bye” and walking away. There was no explanation, no courtesy, and no effort to provide basic customer service. While I fully understand that procedures must be followed, there is no excuse for dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Applying for a passport, especially for a child, can already be stressful. A simple explanation delivered respectfully would have made all the difference. I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and basic courtesy should be standard when dealing with the public.
