  Had an Amazon baby drawer delivered by RXO. Delivery came ahead of schedule, which meant we had to stay home when we had an appointment elsewhere. No notification, no call, no communication. The delivery drivers left the 170 lb drawer outside. We explained to them the situation that it should be brought inside to the 3rd floor. My wife is pregnant and they wouldn't help get the drawer inside let along upstairs. We told them we are calling Amazon to try and find a suitable solution and they drove off instead. The humane thing to do would be to take 5 secs and bring it inside. It's literally 5 steps and we already had a tip prepared for them. Is this how this company treats pregnant woman? How would they feel if that happened to their loved ones. When I called into RXO customer service, they were reluctant to even document my complaint to better their future service. The answer is that they did their job and it's Amazon's fault for not sharing the details of the request. Wasted an hr of my time because they don't have sufficient staff to handle customer cases, just to hear nothing can be done and passing blame. Very unprofessional.

  I had a rather large order from ikea. The package arrived as scheduled. The delivery team were respectful of my lawn and the furniture that was inside each box. I would recommend this service to anyone who wishes to ship items with care.

  This company is awful! I bought a king size mattress and box spring from a national brand, and it was scheduled to be delivered to me through the RXO hub in Logan Township New Jersey. They arranged a delivery day with me but could not provide a time window. They confirmed the delivery day by email and text. I arranged to be home the whole day to accept the delivery. They cancelled on me at the last minute and I had to reschedule for another day the next week. They again confirmed the date by text and email. They confirmed again the night before and included a time window of 2 to 6pm. They confirmed again the morning of delivery -twice. The last one was at 10:45am. I was ready and waited. They never showed. I called them and after having to talk to a bad automated system and being put on a long hold, they said I'd have to reschedule again! Why hadn't they called me to let me know?!!!! This outfit is truly awful and unreliable. They have waisted two days of my time waiting for them, and now I have to spend another day waiting. I have no idea whether they will blow me off again! The national brands should find a better solution for last-mile delivery. This company sucks.

  Beware of this Logistics company! Organizations like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Hest Buy and IKEA have contracts with them and they are absolutely horrible. They are disorganized, split your orders and fail to deliver. They also have zero sense of accountability and wash their hands of their responsibility to the consumer, passing the blame to the organization the end-consumer does business to begin with. If you are in the greater Philadelphia area and have a had a bad experience with delivery services with furniture, electronics, appliances, etc; it’s most likely because RXO was involved. As a consumer, ask about the sources of the products and try to find other options if you can avoid them.
