    They were a week late on the delivery. they canceled at the last minute on the original date, said they would make it up with a gift card and I have yet to see them come through with that promise. Delivery personnel were friendly, kind, and professional but didn't know what they were doing and I had to fix the mistake myself. Very disappointed

    Incredibly disappointed with the experience thus far. Ordered a new mattress on 12/1/25, with end delivery being provided by RXO. Received messaging to setup delivery on 12/4, and was able to schedule for the following week on 12/11. On 12/10, received messaging with a delivery window of 10AM-2PM, and information that I would be contacted 30 minutes prior to delivery. My husband took the day off of work to receive the delivery. I never received any notification, nor did any delivery occur. Around 4:30 PM, I checked the "delivery status" area of the text message I received to find that my delivery had been mysteriously cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION. My husband sat at home, losing a day of work, all day, without any sort of notification. We called RXO to try and sort out what the problem was. It turns out our mattress was damaged/destroyed. They suggested we additionally reach out to the mattress company (they insured us they would be doing the same) to try and have a new product shipped ASAP. We were able to have a replacement sent, however, informed that it wouldn't be available until 12/22. On 12/23, I finally received a link to set up delivery of the new product, however, the earliest available delivery date was 1/2/26. We chose this date, and again, my husband took a day off of work to receive the delivery. We even received a delivery window text on 12/31, stating delivery would be between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM, again with information that we would receive notification 30 minutes before delivery. Fast forward to today, 1/2/26, when I received a text message and email informing me that my delivery is being delayed due to it being "unproperly staged" at the warehouse, and would need to be rescheduled. After some phone calls, I am being told we are first on the list for delivery tomorrow, 1/3, but I'm not all that optimistic that this will actually be the case. One would think that after delay due to destruction of the first shipment, there would be some sense of urgency or work to make sure the replacement gets delivered as quickly as possible, or some sort of compensation of any sort. Quite the opposite has occurred in this case. I'm now over a month past ordering a mattress, my husband has wasted 2 PTO days, and I have the pleasure of (hopefully not) wasting my entire Saturday in the off chance that I actually receive the product I bought.

    Delivery was on time at the exact time provided. The 3 gentlemen were friendly, quick and thorough. They did an excellent job putting the treadmill together and made sure everything was working properly before departing. Thanks

    I had an IKEA item delivered and the delivery guys were kind and professional. My item was supposed to be left outside, but they were kind enough to bring it in the house because it was a large and heavy item. They were very kind and respectable.

    Ordered a new washer and dryer to be delivered by RXO. When we placed the order on a Sunday we were given a delivery estimate of Thursday. That was later pushed back to Saturday Like most people, I have other obligations I need to attend to besides waiting around all day for a delivery. I called at about noon, and could not get them to even commit to a very general delivery window of morning or afternoon. I was told that that wouldn't be available until 5pm. Eventually we finally got a delivery window, only to receive an update just a couple hours later that the delivery will need to be rescheduled, probably to Monday. My wife has now been on hold with them for 2 hours trying to figure out what is going on. These appliances are only being delivered from Wilmington to the Philly suburbs, about an hour drive. I could have rented a uhaul and picked them up and installed them myself about 10 times over by now. EDIT: It is now Saturday morning. My wife gave up waiting on hold with them for 2½ hours at almost 10:30 last night. She got up bright and early to call their customer support again. Still can't get them to commit to a set date, let alone time, and she's now being told that it may not be until Tuesday. This is absolutely unacceptable. She is now waiting on a phone call back from their resolutions department. I have little hope that whatever clowns they have working there will do anything useful. Our next step will be contacting LG to encourage them to not use this company for shipping again. This has easily been the worst freight experience I've ever had with any company and I've *worked* in shipping and receiving. This merchandise has been bought and paid for, I have a weeks worth of laundry piled up. I've now had to rearrange and postpone other appointments and obligations at least 3 times in order to accommodate this company's asinine schedule hoping that maybe they'll actually deliver my washer and dryer this time. EDIT 2: after spending more time on the phone with them, being transfered all over their company, as of right now my wife was able to get them to put us on the schedule for a Monday delivery. Given how this has been handled so far, I don't exactly have a lot of confidence in that being the case at this point. At about 9:00 AM she was told to expect a call from the local manager when she got in about an hour later. As of 1:30 that call still hasn't come. They claim they're going to be offering us some sort of compensation for our trouble, but haven't provided any details about what that compensation will be and frankly I'd be amazed if that actually happens.R Ridiculous. EDIT 3: End of the day on Saturday, never heard back from the local manager. EDIT 4: Monday has come, it is currently about 6:30. Yesterday we were given a delivery window of 7-11. The tracker website has not been updatated to reflect that yet, nor does it show that our washer and dryer are out for delivery. It is "outside" of their normal business hours, so I am currently unable to reach them to confirm if it will be coming today at all. This is not confidence-inspiring. I work nights, I left work early last night to make sure I could be home in case by some miracle they arrived at the earlier end of the delivery window that they gave us and to try to get a couple of hours sleep before they arrive. EDIT 5: got on the phone with them at 7am. Still no updated tracking info on the website. We're now 30 minutes into the delivery window we were texted yesterday. I'm running out of space, but I'm on hold again and have to reason to think my delivery is coming today. EDIT 6: Hopefully final. At about 8:00 they finally were able to confirm that they were en route and the tracking was updated. Delivery personnel were excellent, but seem to be 3rd party contractors, so not a reflexion of RXO. They called my wife, we'll see what comes of the compensation we were promised for our troubles. Between the two of us we have so far spent around 5 hours or more on the phone, mostly on hold with this horrible company.
