    RXO was absolutely horrible and unreliable. They confirmed delivery on a Thursday night for the Friday and then cancelled it the next day only a few hours they were due to arrive. I called RXO to reschedule and they would not give me a new delivery time. When they finally did eventually give me a delivery time they did not show up during the window they gave me for delivery. On the phone they were extremely rude and unhelpful. If you have any choice, DO NOT USE RXO.

    Well, I might as well jump on the not delivered train. I was refused delivery today to my home, because of 1 of 2 reasons that I was told. 1 the driver said he is held to only a 20 min delivery time. I live on a military base and he had to go through a commercial vehicle inspection and refused to do it. Then, I get a call from a representative from RXO office saying the driver didn't have his driver's license. So, which is it!!?? I took the day off from work and it was a complete waste of my time and lose of money!! And I'll mostly likely have to take a 2nd day off to receive my Samsung order. I was also told a supervisor would call me, which didn't happen. Samsung representative called RXO and she was told that my TV would be delivered today and that a supervisor would call me, again, none of that happened. So, what is RXO going to do to resolve this issue!!!????

    Two very nice and professional guys completed our delivery of an LG product. They made sure we understood what we needed to do for the ice maker set up and shipping tape removal- first time ever- someone took the time to do that. Very pleased with the service!
