I went in person and made sure that they weren't holding anything for me and to ensure my mail would start going to my business again! They told me they were no longer holding it and that I'd be receiving it in my mailbox again going forward. I had received some mail so I figured it was good. I had been very ill and recently realized I hadn't been getting bills, tax information and settlement notices re: credit card transactions made at my business. Apparently the mailman took it upon himself to hold my mail! I understand he thought he was helping but he cost me thousands of dollars. Apparently the guy who was covering for our regular mailman would deliver. Crazy that a mailman's digression has caused so much hardship. It specifically says on the form that they won't hold mail longer than 30 days! Not cool at all.

She went above and beyond to help me and my family with the passport service. She served us with such kindness and professionalism. Truly never experienced a post officer worker as kind and as patient as her. She deserves recognition and praise!

The dude at the front desk told me to cover up the packaging bc it had a differ brand. LOL. This is the packaging provided to me and the company is the one who sent me to this postal service for return. I don’t feel so terrible after reading all the reviews and realizing this is who they are and likely to never change. Miserable.
