    The Staff in the Printing Department was fantastic and really helped me out 30 minutes before the store closed on a Sunday. He was awesome and knowledgeable! Very patient and kind.     I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared. I waited in line for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I was finally acknowledged, I was directed to customer service. Once I got there, I was completely ignored. I stood there while the employee greeted other customers but didn’t acknowledge me at all. At one point, another employee came out of the restroom, looked directly at me, and continued on without offering any help. Meanwhile, there were multiple employees in red shirts walking around the showroom, and only about three customers in the store—including me—yet no one stepped in to assist. I was then sent to another area (guest services), and the same thing happened again. The employee was sitting at the computer and did not acknowledge me. When I asked if someone could assist me, I was told, “Yes, he’s right there,” but he still didn’t engage. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Basic customer acknowledgment and service should not be this difficult—especially when the store is not busy.
