Not so convenient hours: Open Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, 3:15-4pm. They close from 2-3:15 for lunch.

Julian is a ray of sunshine. He packed my prepaid return label for me and took the time to get the tracking number for me after my printer ran out of ink.

The best USPS location to go to! Julian is so kind and efficient! I definitely prefer coming to this PO as the lines aren't long, the other patrons are friendly and it's closer to me

The main postal worker there is always helpful. He leaves the back office door open for easy drop off of prepaid packages, an absolute must for these times. However, if he is not there, the stand in workers do not leave the back shelf open. You are then forced to wait in line along a narrow hallway with other people just to drop off a prepaid package. It is impossible to practice social distancing with this system. As far as the odd lunch hour closures, I would much rather it be closed as it is, and not have it closed during traditional lunch hours for everyone else. Thank you for being very convenient.

I was at this post office recently for passport, and the postal person who helped me was so nasty without reason. In fact a woman and her son were also present to obtain a passport, and this man was so rude to the woman and her 12 year old son which led to her son crying out of fear. Furthermore, I was just at the post office yesterday since a package containing a very expensive watch I bought for my husband (for a holiday gift) was missing. I arrived with the tracking number hoping to obtain information, and nobody cared to help me. I finally found one person who spend one second to try to help, but he gave me the incorrect information. The postal workers in this post office are rude, uncaring, and impatient. When I told my mother of the rudeness from the postal workers at this Livingston post office, she told me the phrase...."he is going postal" was derived from unhappy postal workers. Why be nasty? It is easier to be nice.
