- JMJoan MandelbaumAug 15, 20251.0Rude and always with scowls on their faces, it’s apparent no customer service exists in the building. The man who helped me was not knowledgeable of his job at all, his name is Ashish,.the supervisor sent him to lunch in the middle of assisting me.

Female clerk said she did not know what size box or envelope would be needed for 8 1/2 x 11 contents. Female clerk said she had no idea about sizes. Also observed person with visual problems asking for help regarding flat rate boxes. Person told the female clerk that she could not see which boxes were flat rate boxes because of her visual disability. All of the boxes looked the same. Female clerk said I am not going to jump over the counter to help you. Disabled person started asking questions about where the boxes were in the post office because she could not see them and the female clerk became so annoyed and said “That is enough”. I saw male clerk went over to assist disabled person. The disabled person at that point seemed very saddened, humiliated and just left.
