She went above and beyond to help me and my family with the passport service. She served us with such kindness and professionalism. Truly never experienced a post officer worker as kind and as patient as her. She deserves recognition and praise!

The dude at the front desk told me to cover up the packaging bc it had a differ brand. LOL. This is the packaging provided to me and the company is the one who sent me to this postal service for return. I don’t feel so terrible after reading all the reviews and realizing this is who they are and likely to never change. Miserable.

I asked the clerk at the counter for help looking them up, and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly checking the tracking numbers or explaining what could be done, she raised her voice at me, refused to help, and tried to make a scene by acting like I was holding up the line. Her behavior was so aggressive and embarrassing that my hands were shaking. I understand post offices are busy, but there is no excuse for yelling at customers or trying to shame them in front of others, especially when they are just trying to get help with missing packages. I left with no assistance and no answers about my 4 missing packages, only stress and humiliation. Management really needs to address the customer service at this location and make sure staff can handle issues professionally and respectfully.
