Yes, they get busy at times and sometimes the customers at the counter don't come prepared to either ship or return items and that takes extra time but that is not the store's fault. We seem to live in a town where people have little patience sometimes.

Someone told me he would work on it but it might take forever.

When I told him he was being rude he replied, “I am not” I then again told him he was rude he gave a half apology! Told me my package wasn’t delivered there when all along IT WAS ! Then told me I can come look for it behind the counter myself! If he doesn’t like working with the general public, he should retire!
