The employee I spoke to seemed bothered by me asking to do that, and then just told me he couldn’t do it and to call the website and just do it from the website. I drove 10 minutes further to Parsippany and had someone in store place the order and I am set to pick it up tomorrow. Obviously the Livingston location is severely lacking training and that is directly management or owners faults.
