- OSOlimpia SarraJan 6, 20261.0I was forced to call usps 1800 ask-usps and file a complaint about the rude disrespectful lady at the passport desk- I had a negative encounter with her a month ago sending me to the next town over to pickup a certified letter that she couldn’t find When I got to south Hackensack I was told my letter was at the post office where I began- They were nice enough to call little ferry and she claimed I gave her the wrong address How is that possible when she has my drivers license in her hand Fast forward to today- I went inside to hand her my important letters for fear of placing them in the mailbox outside( months earlier a check for 450 I mailed outside was presented somehow to my bank for $8450 ) Upon trying to hand it to her for her to personally place in the box of mail behind her she informed me that was not her job - she claims to only do passports- words were exchanged and I told her I was gonna report her And so I have - now let see what USPS does I have a case number and I will not stop until this gets resolved Our little ferry post office was staffed in the past with pleasant folks Not know - she is totally unprofessional
