I had a very disappointing experience today at the Little Falls Post Office while trying to apply for a passport. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, and I arrived early at 1:30 PM. Despite this, I was told by a staff member that they did not have the required application form and that I needed to get it printed somewhere else. Normally, this form should be available at the post office.
Printing the form took us about an hour. When we returned, instead of helping us, they told us that we had missed our appointment time and refused to process our application, forcing us to reschedule. The delay was entirely caused by the post office, yet no effort was made to resolve the situation.
Additionally, one of the employees (a young male staff member name is Bassir) was extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Despite explaining the situation, he showed no concern and acted in a very unprofessional manner.
What makes this even worse is that after reading the reviews, I noticed a large number of similar complaints about this location. This strongly suggests that management and responsible authorities do not take complaints seriously, which likely explains why employees feel comfortable treating customers this way.
This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this post office if you value your time.

This place is a complete joke. Staff is rude, lazy, and straight-up dishonest.
We were told they “didn’t have the forms” and were sent away to print them elsewhere. We did exactly what they said, came back quickly, and suddenly it was “too late, come another day.” No effort, no explanation, no care.
What makes it worse? There WERE people working in the back. I literally saw an employee go to the back for the next customer and lie, saying the person had already left. Absolute nonsense.
This wasn’t bad service — it was intentional avoidance and disrespect. They simply didn’t want to help. I’ve never seen such incompetence and attitude at a post office.
If you value your time or your sanity, avoid this location.

No signal or WiFi inside the post office and generally unhelpful folks at the desk. They won't print labels for you and won't offer any solutions.

I went there twice for passport service (took appointment in advance). Service was good . The guy was helpful. Not too busy most of the time . Have a large parking lot in front.
