These type of people make the world a worst place. Someone should look into that store and coach and teach that lady some manners.

- WYWang YangAug 22, 20251.0Scheduled a passport and passport photo appointment over a week in advance just for them to call me 45 minutes before my appointment that their camera isn't working. They don't open until 10:00 AM on a Friday and they told me their camera broke just three minutes before open. I'm sure there were photos taken yesterday since their were booked, so it's hard to believe that their camera suddenly broke before they even opened. This place is horrible.

Tried to renew my passport and they took copies of ALL my documents instead of using my original ones and I have an urgent trip so now it’ll take longer for the passport to come. Go to a place that does their job right or you’ll be the one sorry. Worst place to renew a passport, obviously don’t know what they’re doing
