- WYWang YangAug 22, 20251.0Scheduled a passport and passport photo appointment over a week in advance just for them to call me 45 minutes before my appointment that their camera isn't working. They don't open until 10:00 AM on a Friday and they told me their camera broke just three minutes before open. I'm sure there were photos taken yesterday since their were booked, so it's hard to believe that their camera suddenly broke before they even opened. This place is horrible.
