This location told me they can’t take it because they didn’t make the label and they can’t scan it to print a receipt… I clearly said I didn’t need a receipt and the employee still refused. I called a different UPS store location and dropped it off instead - who shipped it out for me no problem! You shouldn’t tell customers inaccurate info because you’re miss informed.

I came in at 3:45 p.m. (they close at 4), already inside the store, with customers who came in after me. She gave me the rudest stare and charged me $4.50 for a shipping label! an extra $2.50 just because she was upset I walked in close to closing time. Sour faces on all the employees — no greeting, no kindness, nothing. Are they upset to be at their own company? Either way, it was an ugly experience. If you want to protect your energy, don’t come here — they’ll drain it from you without even realizing it. When I walked up to the register, she said, “We’re about to close, and you’re supposed to weigh it on the other side.” Was I supposed to know that? Okay, then why not lock the door, sour face? Is that my job? Anyway, customer service is trash here every single time. Ugliest company experience I’ve ever had your think they’d improve over the years.
