Yet they’ll print a receipt for free… makes no sense. Need a small piece of tape? They won’t help — they make you buy tape. Customer service is basically nonexistent, and the staff had attitudes the entire time. Plenty of better UPS locations out there. I won’t be coming back.

While the employee scanned two of my QR code returns, he arbitrarily refused to print the labels for the remaining items. He then insisted I provide my own box for a return that clearly qualified for "no-box" shipping. The situation escalated when I tried to ship a separate package to Florida. He mockingly told me, “You have money to pay for it,” which was both insulting and bizarre. His aggressive tone and loud attitude in front of my children were completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving and taking my business to another UPS store where I was treated with respect. Looking at recent reviews, I see I am not the only one experiencing this employee’s hostility. Management needs to address this immediately.

This location told me they can’t take it because they didn’t make the label and they can’t scan it to print a receipt… I clearly said I didn’t need a receipt and the employee still refused. I called a different UPS store location and dropped it off instead - who shipped it out for me no problem! You shouldn’t tell customers inaccurate info because you’re miss informed.
