- JRJoao RodSep 24, 20242.0Terrible at delivering mail I’ve witnessed the mail person put a slip in my mailbox saying delivery temp was made for a certified letter and they didn’t even get out of the vehicle or try to come to my door and another time packages that were supposed to arrive were marked as delivery attempted made, and The mail person never even came and just yesterday a package was supposed to arrive, and they marked it as being held at the post office with customers request. I never did that. They never even tried to deliver it, and I didn’t get any mail yesterday that was supposed to come. The male person never came. if they don’t have a person willing to do the afternoon mail delivery for my area. They just don’t deliver mail. I have a ring doorbell that recorded them not attempting to come to my door or not coming at all.

I was supposed to receive a certified letter that was urgent so I stayed home, and the mail person didn't even come out of their USPS car, but puts a pink slip in the mailbox that says "sorry we missed you." Doesn't even ring the bell! I ended up getting the letter a week later after I called the post office and complained! Second time I sent out a certified letter that cost me $30 over night. The person who was to receive it was also home and the mail person didn't come out of their USPS car. Mail management in Little Egg Harbor Township on Matthistown Road, get your mail people to get out of their cars and knock on door or ring the bell! It's their job! These certified letters are urgent and certified for a reason!
