On Saturday, March 21, 2026, I received a package I had ordered. It arrived slightly open and contained only one bottle, whereas there were supposed to be three. I am a regular customer of the Post Office, as I place orders on a daily basis. That package passed through distribution facilities in Dayton, Cincinnati, Jersey City (NJ), Newark (NJ), Linden (NJ), and Troy (OH). I cannot blame everyone, as it is impossible to know who is trustworthy and who is not; however, I am writing this in the hope that a manager—or a high-ranking postal official—will read it and set their employees straight. After all, customers like me may seek out alternative options and stop placing orders; consequently, your organization would also suffer the negative impact of people refusing to use your shipping services—and turning to other providers instead—simply because your staff is stealing.

I went here for passport purposes. It was a good and smooth experience. The lady that held my appointment was great. As long as you have all of your documents you should be fine. That’s all I can speak for regarding this post office only for passport services.

Staff here can be extremely petty and come off like they’re on a power trip. There’s a clear attitude problem, and it makes simple interactions way more unpleasant than they need to be. It feels like they go out of their way to be dismissive for no reason. I come to them with respect and patience and I’m met with attitude. It’s always a sarcastic comment or a rhetorical question that feels like it’s meant to make you feel stupid
I understand USPS can be understaffed and overwork the hell out of their workers, but the attitude should be reserved for genuinely rude customers, not people just asking simple questions. Stop taking your frustration out on respectful customers.

the employees in this location are AWFUL. so rude and honestly useless and incompetent. if you chose to work with the public, wouldn’t common sense be that a job like this would require you to have patience and be respectful with people? the staff needs to be replaced.

We went made an email February 18 to my nephew in Miami Florida it was a plate for his car and it got lost since they didn't give me a tracker and they didn't help at all. They are not professional, don't send things here the worst place to sent package, I'll give it a 0.
