  I recently had an experience with my local UPS Store that was so positive, it honestly deserves a shout-out! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a can-do attitude. They took the time to carefully listen to my needs, which involved shipping a few fragile items across the country. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the best packing materials and methods to ensure everything would arrive safely. What really stood out to me was how patient and attentive they were, making sure I felt confident about the whole process. They even went the extra mile by comparing different shipping options with me so I could find the best balance between speed and cost. And I have to say, the whole experience was just seamless. In addition to the shipping services, their in-store printing and other resources are super convenient. It's a one-stop shop that's really made my life easier. I'd definitely recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional service.

  Package was returned to me , the sender reasoned under UPS website as "rejected by receiver" Package never left the county as it was international. Receiver didn't reject as I am in contact with them and they stated so. UPS is refusing to refund label. Package was returned to me in a state that was not how I left it dropped off with labels ripped off. Have had issues if such a situation happened where labels were damaged, and UPS previously reached out to have it sent out to them in email and was resolved with no interruption. Have a strong belief that there might of been some dishonesty involved somewhere in the process where some one marked it as rejected by receiver. I am open to amend this situation and review if further discussion is welcomed but so far have been met with a brick wall by UPS.

  The staff at this UPS location are always so nice and friendly. They consistently take the time to answer any questions or concerns I have, and their customer service is truly appreciated. I visit almost daily and it’s always a pleasant experience. It’s great to have such a reliable and welcoming local UPS store.

  I visited the store on 2/10/26 to have a folded US flag inside a triangular display case from my father's funeral (my Dad was a Marine veteran) shipped to myself in IL. I was assisted by the store manager, Eddie. Eddie immediately recognized the significance of the flag/display case and did an excellent job carefully wrapping the display case in bubblewrap and securely packing it in a large box. He explained that the packaging process for the flag and several other items I was shipping home would take 10-15 minutes and offered to bring out a chair for me to sit on while I waited. I told him that if it was OK with him, I'd run over to the Walmart Superstore and pick up a few things. When I came back, he was just finishing the packing. Eddie asked if I was a member of AARP or AAA (which I am) and provided a discount on the shipping cost. It was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, this type of customer service is very much lacking at many companies today. In any event, I would highly recommend using this UPS store location for you packing and shipping needs.
