  Came into the store to get a few things for work, folders, pens, and a specific notebook I couldn’t find anywhere. After walking around a little, I went up to the register to ask. The girl at the front, Winter, was really easy to talk to. Even though she couldn’t leave the register, she explained exactly where to go and made it make sense. When I came back up, she rang me up and made sure I had the right notebook. What I liked most was her vibe, she was friendly, patient, and she didn’t make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. She also put me onto the Staples rewards thing and explained it clearly, so I ended up signing up. She made it a great experience. Definitely appreciate people like that.

  I was here on Saturday around 1pm and I was walking around and needed help. There were 3 employees behind the register just standing there talking and laughing. Nobody was on the sales floor to help me! I went to the print department and thankfully they were able to help me locate what I was looking for. I asked who was the manager and it was one of the three people just standing there talking at the register doing absolutely nothing! Just useless. Is this a hang out or a place of business?

  My experience last Saturday afternoon was a disaster. An apathetic and inattentive employee refused to help me because my USB drive wouldn't fit properly. Instead of trying another printer, he took the USB drive and printed it right there at the counter without checking or verifying sizes. I ended up paying US$80 only to have it thrown away because I couldn't use anything. The employee seemed more interested in chatting with another employee than serving customers. It's sad that such a well-stocked store is being staffed by such disinterested and even rude personnel. Thank you
