- RRregaliametalbandJan 5, 20261.0Just went in here at 620pm and asked to have four pieces of paper laminated which would have taken less then ten minutes and I have to hear how there is no one there to work and he has four orders ahead and can't do it like are you serious you just lost bussiness because you are a lazy person. I wish I could do that at my job and get away with it. I've been up since 545am and iam still going and this person couldn't work meanwhile just standing around. Every time you go into these staples all you see is people like this doing nothing at the copy sections and they tell you they are so busy. Laughable. You should be fired!!!!

Answered the phone at 8:45pm (15 mins before close) & said if i make it in time he can get my copies done asap…i arrived in the knick of time at 8:55 and louis took my flash drive and spit out 65 color pages in under 120 seconds. I was in and out in a flash. Greatly appreciate the hospitality, you guys did me a huge favor! Awesome job staples!!!!
- DJD JamesNov 23, 20251.0This person working the print and marketing department is one of the worst customer service representatives I've ever encountered. I asked her to help me print 3 pages after telling her that I have difficulties working the self serve copiers. She then directs me to the self serve copiers because I need the items immediately. Afterwards, of course I have issues... SURPRISE! I then asked for her assistance and she said no, I have to make an order and come back tomorrow. She then rudely dismisses me and directs me to someone else for a refund. There's a back n forth and she tells me to relax and raise her voice. We're now telling back n forth. Two other gentleman working customer service managed to calm me down and give me my refund. Meanwhile this woman in the picture posted is the one who dismissed me and told me to relax. If you're looking for decent customer service, steer clear of this one. Staples must be desperate for employees if they keep her on staff being rude like that. I'll be contacting corporate to look into this matter closer.

We were printing out a photo of my recently deceased mother in law for a gift my mom had bought my husband. To start things off. She took 8 people at the Amazon line prior to even asking us if we needed help. She was nasty and rolling her eyes. Making remarks about us not knowing difference between rectangles and squares but we were just asking the rectangles picture to be cut in a square. She ended up yelling at us and got ao nasty the manager had to step in. David, the manager, was our only saving grace stepping in and meditating the situation. We are very thankful he had stepped in and fixed the problem with ease.
