- KWKimberly WhiteAug 12, 20171.0Not pleasant. The Dept of State website listed Lincroft as having a Passport fair on August 12. 2017 ,no appointment necessary. But employee ,and JAN, she wouldn't give he last ,name stated that she would not be taking anyone unless they had an appointment. I informed her of the Dept of State website and offered to show her the list that I had and She said she didn't need it she said her supervisor instructed her to follow the normal procedure. I asked if I could speak to the supervisor and she said he wasn't there and she didn't know if he was coming back. There was another couple who saw the same info and came their twin boys at first Jan said that there was a cancellation and they could have the 12:30 slot she later stated that she would only process one of the twins applications not both, the couple left disappointed. So warning stay away from Lincroft Post Office employee Jan she is not helpful at all.
