    Total Lifesavers! I accidentally put four Amazon returns into one box (not following my wife’s very detailed instructions), and dropped it off at this UPS facility – thinking I was doing her a solid when…I get home and she asks how was I able to return the other 3 items when she hadn’t given me the QR codes for them? Realizing the huge mistake i'd made. I went back, showed them the receipt and asked if I could get it back. While the other UPS employees were servicing a line of incoming customers, one went back digging for my package (it was an extremely busy Monday morning). After less then 5 minutes, they found it, and fixed my mistake…thereby avoiding a domestic crisis. Thank you helpful-UPS-crew. (Picture of avoided domestic crisis included for relevance)

    Went in with an important overnight package that needed to arrive the next day. Paid almost $50 for guaranteed next day delivery. The envelope I handed the clerk was sealed with the recipient address written (correctly) on it. The clerk took my envelope, typed the address into the computer to make a label and put the package inside a UPS envelope with the label she created. Unfortunately, the clerk had a typo in the address label. I was never asked to confirm the address on the label or given the opportunity to even review the label. The package did not arrive until 4 days later due to the typo. When I called to inquire about my refund claim, the store manager told me my signature on the screen where I made the payment was my electronic acknowledgment of the incorrect address. She was incredibly rude, cut me off whenever I tried to explain what happened, told me she was too busy to speak with me, and she insisted it was my error, my claim was denied, and there was nothing else to say. When I politely asked for her name due to how rudely she was treating me, she told me her name "was none of your business" and then immediately hung up the phone on me. This may honestly have been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in my life.

    Called and went through the phone tree to figure out their notary services. When you press 4 for the notary hours, it says you have to call the store and kicks you out. Called again and spoke with someone who assured me that someone would be there today until 430. I rearranged my afternoon so that my husband and I could meet and get this done. At the store we were told, I’m not sure who spoke to, they left at 12:30, blah blah blah. At least I got a “sorry.”
