  I can’t say enough good things about this store. First let me start by saying that there has not been one time I haven’t walked into this store and been greeted by a cheerful, happy, friendly , smiling face. So very personable! It’s refreshing in this day and age. It’s also so very clean all the time as well. The other part is the topper. When I dropped my package off and was walking back to my car, the woman followed me out saying ma’am I found this in the bag. It was my diamond bracelet that was a gift for my 30th wedding anniversary that had fallen off unbeknownst to me! Thank you so much for being an honest person! I’m so very appreciative of your morals and values! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  Best Ups Store right now!! I drive all the way from my side of town just to go to this one, super clean and smells very good every time I enter the store, the staff is the best overall, although I read all the reviews so far and I see Jen hasn't gotten complimented at all, this young lady helped me with my amazon return when I was having trouble with it, I must of taken so much time from her but she was very patient with me!!! Don't understand why she has yet to be recognized she is very kind and even showed me on my phone how to navigate it, when I was having trouble myself, highly recommend this store for services. I do not have a favorite employee here; they are all the best!!

  Do not go to any other UPS store in the region. This is the most customer eccentric customer oriented UPS store available in the region. I’m telling you I’ve been to several Run don’t walk to this phenomenal location!!!! Ask for Theresa!!! ❤️

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store absolutely deserves one. They legit have everything you need. Packing, shipping, printing, faxing etc. etc. You name it, they got it. The staff is great too, which is just the cherry on top. The girl who helped me was so friendly, helpful, nice, sweet and caring. Great experience 10/10!

  I stopped by this UPS Store recently and had a really positive experience. I came in with a few things to ship and some last-minute printing, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They greeted me right away, walked me through the best shipping option, and made sure everything was packaged securely. I appreciated that they took a moment to double-check details so nothing got delayed. Even though it was fairly busy, the line moved quickly and the staff stayed patient and friendly with everyone. The store itself was clean and well organized, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to find a place where you feel taken care of and not rushed. I left feeling confident that my items were in good hands and that my time was respected. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future shipments and printing needs. Great customer service all around!
