When I gave her my envelope with the label attached she snarks "You know you gotta pay for that right?!" Because of what I said before, she didn't know I actually walked in with the envelope since I had already purchased it days before. I showed her the proof of purchase stamp. She goes "Oh." Too proud to apologize, too unaware to realize. How do these people keep their jobs?

Sometimes I can’t believe how rude people can be — I mean, they don’t have to be overly nice, just show a minimum of respect for customers. Her name was Carol, or something like that; she speaks Spanish too. I was reading the comments, and many people say that the staff at this location are very rude. I don’t understand why the managers don’t do anything about it.
