I went to drop off a package, and the woman there was very unfriendly. Sometimes I can’t believe how rude people can be — I mean, they don’t have to be overly nice, just show a minimum of respect for customers. Her name was Carol, or something like that; she speaks Spanish too. I was reading the comments, and many people say that the staff at this location are very rude. I don’t understand why the managers don’t do anything about it.

The building itself is old and leaves something to be desired. There is sometimes a line and seemingly only ever one person working here, but I've never had a bad experience. I see some people talk about "the rude lady" behind the counter- I can't say for sure we're talking about the same person, but given the fact she's the one person I see 95% of the time I'm there, I'm going to go out on a limb and say people are mistaking cultural differences for rudeness. I'm here multiple times a week and have never had any issues.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS branch. The clerk (Caro----) pushed me to buy a $1 address sticker guide without asking if I wanted it. Then, without confirming, she placed my 2oz envelope into a service that cost $7.90 or more, which was far more expensive than necessary. When I questioned the process, she raised her voice and spoke to me in an upset tone. I expect postal clerks to provide clear explanations, ask before adding extra services, and treat customers with respect. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. This is not the level of service I should receive from USPS.

My experience at the Leona Post Office was beyond infuriating, largely due to the employee, Mi, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, Mi’s attitude was appalling—she barely looked at me, spoke in a condescending tone, and acted like helping me was a massive inconvenience. When I tried to scan my packages, she flat-out refused to let me, snapping, “I’ll do it myself,” without any explanation. Her dismissive and disrespectful behavior made me feel like I was wasting her time just by being there. The post office itself was a mess, with cluttered counters and no clear organization, but Mi’s conduct was the real issue. She’s completely unfit for a customer service role—her outright refusal to assist properly and her hostile demeanor are unacceptable. Honestly, she deserves to be fired immediately for treating customers this way. I’ll never return to the Leona Post Office as long as Mi is working there, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location unless you want to deal with disrespect and incompetence.

I came in around 5:40 PM, knowing they close at 6. There were only two people ahead of me, so I thought I had enough time. The lady working was moving quite slowly, which I understand to some extent, but unfortunately, when it got to my turn, she abruptly told me they couldn’t process my package because it was too late. I wish she had let us know earlier that they wouldn’t be able to take any more packages, so I wouldn’t have wasted time waiting in line. It felt a bit dismissive the way she just said “no, no” without much explanation. A little communication would have gone a long way.
