The reviews of this USPS are antiquated. As someone who values time, I must say that this post office has provided consistently excellent service and I have tried (2x at each USPS) 80% of the USPS locations in the neighboring 10 mile radius. Eric was efficient, friendly & patient, and overall the employees were thorough in their explanations and timely in execution of their duties. This is the only USPS near Dover, Mine Hill, Wharton, or Randolph as far as I'm concerned. 5/5

Every time I go to this post office they are very rude and no help, sent out a registered letter and paid 35 dollars and it was lost and the older lady said to me well it’s not my problem!!! If you don’t like working with the public then leave your job!!!! Went to the Dover post office and Diana, bob and Vito are the most helpful in anything you need.

I have to agree with the review below mine. I am a teacher who has been all virtual since September and I wanted to do something special for my students. I brought packages filled with books to mail to my students and when I walked in and told the lovely woman behind the counter what I had I was looked at in disgust and she seemed to become disgruntled. I’m so sorry- but I would have made it earlier if I wasn’t working all day and if we didn’t get a snow storm the day before. I was very thankful and appreciated the time she took to process the packages and wished her a happy holiday - what did I get in return? A dirty look and the receipt basically thrown at me. Oh here’s the icing on the cake- it was 4:59 (they close at 5pm) when I walked out and they were already locking up. I watched them deny at least three people with packages and cards to send out. I get it- it’s been an insane holiday season with an overload of packages and USPS is completely backed up. However, a bit of kindness can go a long way- there is absolutely no need to be so rude. Luckily there are at least four or so other post offices local to me so I will gladly go to one of those in the future.
