- DKDr. JT KostmanJun 17, 20251.0I was a customer of Ready Refresh (now Primo) for seven years. In all that time, they were only on time twice. They rescheduled the most recent delivery five times — and then no-showed. Calling them is impossible; the call disconnects after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes. This is the single worst "customer service" I have ever received from any company. We have canceled service today and suggest that you all do the same.
