- NFNatalie FerraraJul 31, 20211.0Women who was helping me was very rude. I was just going to the post office because a package I had ordered said it was being held there. When I told her that she answered with well do you have your mail on hold because if so I can’t help you. I simply answered saying I’m not sure all I know is that the tracking number says it is being held here. As I was about to give her the tracking number she said well I can’t look it up or help you because someone else is using the computer, you’ll have to figure it out. Veryyyy rude women!! The man there however seemed very nice but unfortunately he was helping another customer.
