- JDJennifer DNov 14, 20251.0I onboarded with this staffing agency almost a year ago and called in nearly every week. Not once did they offer me a role or take a chance on me. I’ve had much better success with Robert Half (I applied and immediately received offers). Most of my calls sounded like they had me on speakerphone. Early on, the way they answered the phone wasn’t friendly or professional. They eventually improved, maybe because of feedback or training. I also recommended this agency to my mother, and that was a mistake they turned her away because she doesn't know enough English. They told her she needed to speak English in order to even apply.
- BRBert RMay 28, 20251.0I spoke to the owner in March, and it is now the end of May. I believe his name was Lasam, and the experience was not pleasant. Right off the bat, Lasam had a very pretentious attitude and came across with an “I am your boss” personality. I came in seeking a service and was unexpectedly forced into an interview I had no intention of participating in. Lasam informed me that this was part of the process, but it did not feel welcoming. Based on my resume and the fact that I simply walked in, I felt he was asking for too much. I was not interviewing to work for Pride — I was merely looking for a job board. I recommend looking elsewhere or continuing your search independently. I’m not sure how likely it is that you’ll have to speak with Lasam, but personally, I would not bring business to this guy. I would leave half a star if I could.
