However, my experience today (Nov 24th around 11:40 AM) was extremely disappointing. A young gentleman assisting me was very polite, patient, and helpful. But another employee — a woman whose badge indicated she is an account manager — made the experience unpleasant. She interrupted while the young guy was helping me and insisted that I must buy fillers for my Adidas return boxes or she wouldn’t accept them, even though Adidas’ return instructions mention nothing about fillers. Most people don’t keep fillers when packages arrive, so the demand made no sense. She then pressured the cashier to charge me for three boxes, even though the situation didn’t require that. The cashier seemed kind and tried to remain professional, but the account manager’s attitude came across as rude and unnecessarily aggressive. I left feeling frustrated and surprised because this has never been my experience at this location before. I hope management looks into this so customers can continue receiving the great service this store is usually known for.
