The slate was removed and she was then told that she could “pick up her mail at the post office”. After going to the post office she was told that they don’t know where her mail is. She then called consumer affairs and they STILL don’t know where her mail is. After 10 days we still have no idea where her mail is and where we could pick it up. This situation is HORRIBLE customer service for any company especially the Federal Postal service.
