    On 1/07/26 I went to the UPS store here in attempt to return 2 Amazon items. I went to the line of Wendy M. Who is the store manager. She explained to me that my one package cannot be wrapped in paper so I asked her if it was OK if I took the paper off and she said he It cannot be in a product box, so I said OK Then my other item I had a box for, however, I asked if she could please provide me with a small piece of tape To seal it where she said yes if I donate a dollar to veterans. I explained to her I did not have any cash on me however, I am currently an active duty soldier and money comes out of my paycheck to be donated to veterans every month. She and her co worker were very rude and refused to give me any tape.

    Two female staff gave me attitude because amazon package packagr was not sealed, i sealed with label packets, literally trying to scold me, it was actually funny, they were not being helpful just being rude, and they never processed and handed off two returns to ups, amazon never received. What a joke of a business, it seems rude treatment of customers is a pattern here, and then the owner blaming those pesky customers that pay their paychecks.

    I recently came into the store and had a very bad experience and this is a surprise because I have dealt with the owner and with another bad experience customer service wise that was handled with swift quick satisfaction results on 12/24/25 I arrived at the store to drop two Amazon packages off I received a call and I get it I had my call on speaker phone and the manager Wendy rudely said take your phone off speaker phone no other customers need to hear your conversation. Where this true I accept responsibility but her tone was out of line and when I express my concern she dismissed it and said she have the same tone she use with everyone, the point I’m trying to make is it made me feel embarrassed how she spoke to me in the time that made me feel a certain way. To make matters worst she then threatened to not take my packages. Again out of 20 times I came in the store I only had two bad experiences one that was corrected hopefully she (Wendy) can get sensitivity training but her tone was out of line. What’s more ironic the associate that was working with was the employee I had my original concern with .

    2nd time going to this location and both times, I've ran into the rudest workers there! They were not helpful in the least and was very condescending to me. I guess they don't appreciate when you come in with your own packaging and prepaid labels. I will also be informing UPS directly on the lack of support from this store. In reply to your reply, this had nothing to do with tape, my package was fully taped and sealed and did not need anything from your store except for some common courtesy. In fact I wasn't even asked to make a donation for anything, your counter representative was just rude!

    I recently had to visit this UPS store to ship several large sentimental items. Firstly, I just want to compliment the entire female team in the store. They were managing a long holiday line with ease and calm and doing a phenomenal job making sure everyone was helped, despite my holding up one computer for a bit. I also want to specifically mention Chris who helped my sister & I walk through the process and what to expect. She was thorough and incredibly patient. 10/10 service! Wendy, also, was assuring our packages would be handled with care. Thank you so much for making sure the experience was reassuring and making us feel confident in shipping these invaluable things.
