  Do not even think of using this service! They are pure fraud! Their customer service is horrible! They make unauthorized charges on the card is on file! Had to dispute bank transaction because it’s impossible to get the true information out of them! They’ve charged me over $137 for picking up empty bottles.

  I got a video that shows that the Primo delivery system is not up to standard. The truck swung by my house but never stopped. Is it the 2nd time in the past month or so? The company is very unreliable, and I no longer trust them. I will find another reliable company, They think that giving free water to the people will resolve their mistake, not with me. I don't want anything free; I work for what I have

  Make sure to check your bill every month. They tend to add charges. AIf they offer you any promotion make sure to get it in a email or they might (never did for me) honor it. For the icing on the cake they're bad with delivery as well. Just insta cart your water from local stores. Same price and free shipping
