The lobby setup is pretty standard, and having the self-service options helps when you just need something quick. That said, like every post office in America, the line can be mamash unpredictable. Some days it’s smooth sailing, other days you walk in and realize you just signed up for a chabura in “Waiting 101.” My best eitzah: go earlier in the day, avoid peak lunch hours, and if you’re doing anything complicated (passport stuff, special mailing, big packages), plan a little extra time. Bottom line: reliable, convenient location, and you’ll get what you need done — just come with patience, a good attitude, and maybe a coffee in the car for backup.

Have contacted several times about this issue and nothing is ever done, now that they told the delivery person they have retaliated by not delivering at all but filling out cards that packages are undeliverable.
