    Make sure to check your bill every month. They tend to add charges. AIf they offer you any promotion make sure to get it in a email or they might (never did for me) honor it. For the icing on the cake they're bad with delivery as well. Just insta cart your water from local stores. Same price and free shipping

    since they have taken over from ready fresh delivery sucks. no orders show up. no contact as to why or when your order will be delivered. and no-one reach us except for blanket statments saying they changed. after 6 month you would think things would have improved

    I used to have no issues with ReadyRefresh, but ever since they merged with Primo, everything has gone downhill fast. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach — all you get is a recording pushing you to use their website, which doesn’t actually help when you have a real issue. I placed an order scheduled for July 1st. It never came. The driver just skipped the delivery. When I finally got through to someone, I was told the next available date was July 15th — more than two weeks later, which is already ridiculous. Then the 15th came… and guess what? No delivery again. Another missed stop. Called again, was told “sorry” and offered two free bottles. That’s not really helpful when I’ve already been waiting weeks for water. Next attempt was supposed to be July 19th. Canceled again by the driver. Called back again — same apology, and this time they offered 50% off, but the next delivery wouldn’t be until July 29th. I checked my account a few days later to make sure it was still scheduled, and somehow they already moved it again — now to August 6th. That’s more than five weeks after the original date. Called again and was told, “Oh, sorry. We can waive the delivery fee,” and maybe get another order out for July 30th or 31st — maybe. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have any. How does a company like this have no managers available? This whole situation has been a complete mess. Missed deliveries, terrible communication, no accountability, and no real solutions. What used to be a simple water delivery service is now just constant frustration.

    Since they have became Primo it is the worst company ever!! They skipped my order 2 months in a row, got a random delivery, got overcharged on my auto pay, and keep getting notifications that they cannot confirm my next delivery Bec it's a high traffic time of year. Excuses excuses excuses!!
