So, this review doesn't have much to do with this office (unless the delivery people who can't seem to find my unit still come from here).... But I need to leave a review for the company. I absolutely loathe when vendors ship FedEx. When it happens, I know there will be problems. The last thing I had shipped was shipped priority overnight. It was picked up on Friday, 1/30, and "Left FedEx origin facility" in Ohio. For some reason, next day, it arrived in Tennessee. I live in New Jersey. It is the evening of February 3 and I still don't have my package. It doesn't even show that it's in New Jersey. It couldn't have been inclement weather, we were done with the storm by then. As well, I watched a movie of Tom Hanks serving packages in a snow covered Russia in the early 2000, and they made it happen. All jokes aside, I'd rather have Uber Eats have driven my package from Ohio. It would have been here by now. (Ok, more jokes)

I waited home by the front door all day only too look at the tracking page and the driver lied and said they came to my house and I wasn’t home. Pushed the delivery to my son’s birthday. I waited 13 hours and constantly refreshed the tracking. It kept saying it was coming. I refreshed the page and the message changed to “working on getting you a new shipping date”. Tried calling. Couldn’t get a human being on the line. But you can’t file a complaint online. Doubt that’s an accident. What a terrible company with a terrible business and customer service model. If a company uses them order from somewhere else. UPS and USPS are 1000x better. Looks like I’m going to have to cancel the order and since it was on sale I won’t be able to afford a new one. And you know fed ex is t going to do a thing to help me even though their driver lied and then just decided to not arrive again.
