I waited home by the front door all day only too look at the tracking page and the driver lied and said they came to my house and I wasn’t home. Pushed the delivery to my son’s birthday. I waited 13 hours and constantly refreshed the tracking. It kept saying it was coming. I refreshed the page and the message changed to “working on getting you a new shipping date”. Tried calling. Couldn’t get a human being on the line. But you can’t file a complaint online. Doubt that’s an accident. What a terrible company with a terrible business and customer service model. If a company uses them order from somewhere else. UPS and USPS are 1000x better. Looks like I’m going to have to cancel the order and since it was on sale I won’t be able to afford a new one. And you know fed ex is t going to do a thing to help me even though their driver lied and then just decided to not arrive again.

Must not have tracking or cameras because they act childish on the road. Big truck with FedEx logo driving like you stole it
