- SSSolMar 9, 20261.0I went for a new passport I waited in line for 40 minutes and in that time The lady working there get into an argument with a 17 year old, girl which just ended up taking more time and after all of that was over she ended up telling me that she couldn’t help me in between handling other customers.She didn’t even look at any of my documents she turned me away while she was helping other customers who had been waiting there for a while and were getting impatient. That blonde older lady was extremely unprofessional she ended up trash talking that seventeen year old girl that she made cry to some other customers, an hour of my life I wish I could have back.

Furthermore, their attitude was appalling and discriminatory – it was truly appalling. They were also disrespectful and extremely rude. It feels like if this post office doesn't improve, they'll definitely face lawsuits one day.
