Slow, terrible customer service. There was no line this evening, just a mom and daughter by the island area taping up a package, and me just entering with mine. Still, the older, heavyset, blonde lady with glasses and a RBF took FOREVER to look up from her stationary post to assist me with a 5-second return—she was just sitting there on her phone. No greeting, politeness, or apology for the delay, and then had the nerve to ask for a quick positive survey like her customer service merited it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Avoid this woman and this post office—USPS clearly just hires and keeps anybody who applies. No respect? No problem.

Worst costumer service experience ever today! I will be sending my package from UPS up the street. I try to support the post office but it's hard when you have employees like Michelle. She was unbelievably rude. Who wants to spend money somewhere when they feel mistreated? Post offices have a bad rep for long lines and bad attitudes. I think its time to change that. People should take pride in their jobs and have pride in servicing their community and country. I was looking at the reviews and seems many other costumers have had similar experiences. That is sad. I hope the post master takes action so that the people can enjoy their local post office. People want to feel welcomed and taken care of when are spending money to send important things. Michelle told me, "First, you need to learn how to address a box correctly." I think she needs to learn to be polite, assist the costumer, print the lable, and maybe even learn to upsell the shipping. Instead of saying, "You want the cheapest one?", I think that would be better for business. Thank You. I did not notice a self service kiosk, BUT I do recommend one at this location especially if the post office doesn't plan to further train their employees. A kiosk would've recommended me the best shipping options without assuming I wanted the cheapest one. And it would've thank me for my purchase.

Michelle was one of the rudest ladies I ever seen in a postal office. Since I walked in she was giving an attitude and complaining the whole time. The other lady I say was very nice and professional and help me out while I was there. So for the other lady I do want to give her credit as she saw I needed help and was willing to be polite and helpful. Michelle on the other hand was very unprofessional and rude the whole encounter. I wouldn’t recommend this location with her at the front desk if you’re looking for good and polite customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would! This office has the WORST and the RUDEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL set of employees I have ever had the displeasure of encountering!! I went in with a simple question, zero attitude or aggression and was by a blonde lady with an attitude from hell for God knows what reason! Maybe she was mad because she wanted to keep flirting with the other employee but had to do her job do a sec?? Idk but it was absolutely ridiculous how this lady just brushed off my question and wouldn’t let me get two words in to clarify anything. Thankfully she gave me her supervisor’s number because this is unacceptable. Do they not realize they’re government employees?? Smh ..disgusting.
