- SSSavannahFeb 14, 20261.0This post office is truly awful. First, without the sender's consent, they arbitrarily selected the most expensive service due to language barriers. Furthermore, their attitude was appalling and discriminatory – it was truly appalling. They were also disrespectful and extremely rude. It feels like if this post office doesn't improve, they'll definitely face lawsuits one day.

If there’s a line, I can drop off my package and know it will be scanned. Love Michelle and Jes and I can’t remember the guy’s name who also helps, awesome people, never any issues at all!

She is constantly rude, yelling at customers, and completely disrespectful. Today she yelled at my family, and this is not the first time I’ve seen her act like this. Every time I come here, I see her being aggressive with customers. One time she even stopped the line just to flirt with a guy, which was extremely unprofessional. This is a government office, not a place to scream at people or mess around while everyone else is waiting. Someone needs to take these reviews seriously and do something about her behavior, because it’s out of control.

I asked a question about how long I would have to wait to do a passport and was told that because Ididn't have an appointment he got nasty and than told me he decided not to help me. He had no right to do that as an employee of the United States Post office. The other employee a woman with blond hair was just a rude . They are so unprofessional. I did go to another post office in the area and they were more than happy to help me. As a customer service representative, I would never speak to someone the way they did, I would be dismissed! They should be ashamed of themselves.
