  Great work, I just had to say it once and they took care of it. Included copies, mailing to and returning back to sender. Very quick also. Love the Lake Hiawatha store.

  Absolutely appalled by the service at this UPS Store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming, dismissive, and openly rude. IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS, why show up to work with a frowning face, better stay home. The old ladies (one white and one black) are just FILLED WITH ATTITUDE. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a customer-facing business. The situation escalated when they lost my document package—a serious mistake—and instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, they hid behind the excuse that they are “not UPS, but The UPS Store.” That distinction was used purely to dodge accountability, not to help resolve the issue. No solutions, no ownership, no empathy. If you’re going to take people’s important documents and money, the bare minimum is professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this location offers neither. I would strongly advise anyone who values their time, paperwork, or sanity to take their business elsewhere.
