- SLSam LiJan 5, 20261.0They should get no stars very rude. Wouldn't help me at all. Tried to ask a quick question about a passport update and they told me I had to make an appointment. I had all my paperwork ready to go and they told me that they couldn’t answer my questions. Very rude.

They don't take my outgoing mail and will not walk up my front stairs with packages. They leave it by the mailbox which either blows away, falls off the pillar or ends up in the back of my driveway. When I go in there, they are not nice or helpful. They are abrupt and no one ever smiles. I don't get what is happening over there. I am having a big problem right now with my mail being sent to Keyport which has the same address as me but I live in a different town. My name is on the packages, but Keyport still delivers it to the wrong town, Keyport. That post office handles Keyport, Union Beach and Cliffwood Beach. How does a person get this straight? I don't know what to do about it......
