- GMGen ManzanoApr 7, 20261.0Guy who helped me was rude for no reason at all. I had a few different returns with different QR codes and one with a label. He was upset that I showed him a label. On another return it was packaged already and he was upset that I didn’t tape it. I asked if he could help with that and he charged me for a whole roll of tape!!! Ridiculous- I felt robbed and unwelcome. When I asked him why was I charged for a roll of tape, he stumbled and said those were the rules. Umm where? Show me. And he just couldn’t answer. Terrible customer service. Felt personal. OH and he didn’t keep that same energy with the next non color person on the line - just saying.

I called to confirm that they could ship using an account #, they said yes as long as you bring the phone number associated with the account. That was not true, because once the package was tagged and ready to ship, they told me that they CANNOT use an account #. The kicker is the box was already labeled and I was unable to get it back. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs. UPDATE 3.11.26 - they replied to this rating and asked me to reach out so I did. They never replied. Continued horrid service. Go elsewhere.
