Asked for the "lowest rate" to send a small enveloped package to Asia, and was offered the "Expedited Express" rate of $150. I asked my friend who was not accustomed to shipping services, and paid for it blindly and unknowingly. It was a small package of playing cards for my young nephew. I later checked on Pirate Ship, and the Express rate was $70. Lowest rate was $40. USPS was $30. GO TO USPS. DO NOT TRUST THIS UPS FRANCHISE. It was such a betrayal as I go to this store all the time to ship. No more.
