  Rude customer service lady who thinks that she is doing a favor for the customer. She doesn’t realize that there are multiple UPS stores within a 2 miles radius.

  They charge to me extra money in Over size (the mesure) and they charge you handlings $83.00 & $82 plus for each box when I get home I check the bill, then didn’t ask me or mention they will charge to me, just the total. I thought they were changing just for weight & measure. I went then to Pricenton they charge correctly!

  I generally try to avoid going into this store because every time I go in the employees are rude and rather unhelpful. However I needed to go in today to do a return and when I walked in the woman behind the desk didn’t acknowledge my presence whatsoever. Another woman finally comes out and says “and then we have this”… looks me up and down and the other woman proceeds to look up and “say oh yeah” and they both laugh. Honestly most of the time I can get over the horrible customer service but so blatantly making rude comments on someone’s appearance is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior.
