- MJMaridalia JaquezFeb 13, 20261.0Si pudiera darle menos de una estrella sería lo correcto el servicio más malo lo dan en esta oficina mala experiencia en dos oportunidades si tienen que sacar pasaporte le aconsejo que no visiten este lugar uno hace la cita y es para nada espere más de dos horas y llegue 15 minutos antes y total me tuve que ir porque todo es al tiempo que ellos quieran en verdad no se para que dan citas si no van a atender en el horario acordado.

- KKKaseyNov 4, 20251.0I came here thinking it was UPS to do a return, a simple mistake, and I was met with a disgusting attitude from Diane the elderly women at the front handling packages. She gave me a nasty attitude saying that I can’t return things here. I asked her if this was the UPS Store and she answered me by saying “does this look like a UPS store?” as she laughed at me. I was confused as clearly I was in the wrong place and just needed to be redirected, but was met with a nasty attitude. I talked to others about my experience here, and they agreed that Diane has bad customer service and continuously has a negative attitude towards customers.
- OOOrangeLemonzSep 27, 20251.0Showed up 15 minute early for passports. Was told to take a seat and will be helped shortly. Since it wasnt crowded we didn’t think it would take long. Unfortunately, we waited for a total of 35 minutes with no updates for when we would be finally attended to. Don’t waste your time here, look online first to see if your local library can take care of it for you. I understand being under-staffed plays a role, however, showing respect for other people’s time especially when they come early shouldn’t be ignored. God bless.
