Purchased a PO Box, checked mail a few times a week, no mail. Senders again getting mail returned. After almost a month, red light came on. Every time I checked my box, toward the back there was a yellow card, I never knew what that was, come to find out, I purchased the box and they never opened it on their end, and literally lied about it. Complete mess. Obviously this rating means nothing, the PO isn’t going anywhere nor its employees
