- JSJennifer SimmonsJun 27, 20251.0I have frequented this location many times in my 20 years working on Ft Dix. Most employees go above and beyond to assist with all of the customers needs. Today, I stood there for 20 minutes, waiting to mail a single package. The male employee saw me standing there and ignored me. When I finally yelled out “Is the system down”, he said “It’s coming up”, so I asked “ How long does that take” to which he responded “Don’t know” and walked away. Someone finally came over to help and apologized. I’d rather go to a kiosk than to return to this location.

Sign says doors open at 10?? Called a gentleman answer he said oh I ll have to ask someone to unlock the doors... WHY?? should they doors be unlocked and hour ago?
