This place needs a proactive Supervisor to promote positive customer interactions and increase sales and productivity. This location is dirty, grimy, no supplies on counters for customers. There is only ONE window open no matter how many customers are waiting. The male and female employees are often on cell phone shopping and/or talking while a line of customers are almost out the door. During my transaction she quickly swiped off the screen for reviewing her services so I could not rate her. for future USPS , I will travel from Jersey City to Bayonne Post Office where they appreciate their customers
