The meanest post office EVER. every time I go someone makes me cry. I live locally but would rather go to a post office in NYC. I am just a girl. There is no reason to be unkind :(

Service is VERY slow. Low staff, always only one person working & one window open for shipping related service.

Looooong wait time. They just have one person to deal with passport appointments. People keep waiting for their turn it never goes by the time you have selected.

By far the worst post office I’ve been to. Slowest workers in the world, no sense of urgency. Everytime I’m there they are just chatting with each other or customers and don’t even care that people are waiting 45 minutes. Also barely any shipping products available to buy. It’s faster for me to take the train into Manhattan and go to a post office there.

I would like to report a negative experience I had at a USPS location today while dropping off a package.
When I arrived, the employee assisting me asked me to wait while she fixed something. I waited patiently, but when she returned, she did not accept my package and instead told me to tape it again, even though it was already properly sealed. The way this was communicated felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated, as there was a lack of courtesy and clear communication. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given proper assistance.
I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at this location so that others have a better experience.
