One of the worst I've ever experienced. More often than not, there is only one person behind the counter, even when the line is 10 people deep. And the office is do small, if there ARE 10 people on line, the line is out the door. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.

The USPS location in Journal Square is very efficient in their service. The line moves along with ease at a satisfactory pace. The place is relatively clean and overall, the agents are cordial, professional, and knowledgeable.

She didn’t wanna give me her name so the Indian lady at the window got upset because I got out the line and knocked on one of the windows to see if they have a drop off window because everyone else was trying to ship out I was returning. I got yelled at and called stupid so then I went back online when it was my turn, she denied me service because I knocked on the window. I asked for a supervisor she said she didn’t have to call a supervisor asked for her name she denied to give me her name and then walked away. I didn’t want to keep everyone else waiting so I left without shipping my package out for For return…Out of all the post office is in Jersey City this one’s the worst one and this is the main one. I don’t have problemsanywhere else but here. The staff have the craziest attitudes here they need a change of staff.
